NCIP "Snap & Submit" Enrollment Paradigm

Target Audience: Grade 11 & Grade 12 Students | Timeline: January Enrollment

PHASE 1: DISTRIBUTION

Community Hubs: Physical forms distributed to Barangay halls, Tribal centers, and local partner schools.

Digital Copy: Printable PDF pinned in GC and Facebook page for those with printers.

PHASE 2: SNAP & SUBMIT

Fill Out: Student completes physical form.

Snap: Take a clear photo of the form.

Upload: Join GC and upload photo with: Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Birthday, [LRN if available], Grade Level.

PHASE 3: ENCODING & VERIFICATION

The Encoders: Staff monitor GC.

Data Entry: Details manually encoded into student database.

Validation: Staff ensure legibility and completeness.

PHASE 4: OFFICIAL ONBOARDING

Generation: COE & LMS credentials created.

Distribution: Admin sends PM in GC with digital COE and credentials.

Cyber Security

The Cyber Security Competency-Based Curriculum is a comprehensive face-to-face training program designed to equip learners with essential to advanced skills in protecting digital systems, networks, and information assets. It follows a structured progression from basic workplace competencies to common, core, applied, and advanced cybersecurity competencies, covering areas such as:

  • Cyber risk assessment
  • Security governance
  • Network and endpoint security
  • Cloud security, threat intelligence
  • Malware analysis, digital forensics
  • Incident response, disaster recovery
  • Business continuity

Duration: 405 hours. Emphasizes hands-on learning through simulations, labs, and real-world scenarios. Prepares trainees for professional roles and certifications while promoting ethical practices, safety, collaboration, and innovation.

Smart City

The Smart City Competency-Based Curriculum is a structured face-to-face program designed to develop essential skills and knowledge for planning, managing, and implementing smart city solutions. It covers basic, common, core, applied, and advanced competencies, progressing from workplace communication, teamwork, safety, and innovation to specialized areas such as:

  • Smart infrastructure
  • IoT for urban connectivity
  • Smart grids, intelligent transport systems
  • E-governance, data ethics, public-private partnerships
  • Big data analytics, artificial intelligence
  • Real-time urban monitoring, citizen engagement

Duration: 405 hours. Emphasizes sustainability, climate resilience, green technologies, and community participation. Combines theory with practical applications for ICT-driven urban development.

Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Management Competency-Based Curriculum is a structured face-to-face program designed to equip learners with essential skills for managing the flow of goods, information, and services. It covers basic, common, core, applied, and advanced competencies, starting with workplace communication, teamwork, safety, environmental standards, and innovation, progressing to specialized areas such as:

  • Supplier evaluation, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation
  • Sustainable procurement
  • Transportation and distribution, warehouse management, inventory control
  • Logistics automation, demand forecasting
  • Sales and operations planning, predictive analytics, risk management
  • Regulatory compliance, quality assurance, supply chain resilience

Duration: 405 hours. Emphasizes practical application through case studies, simulations, and hands-on activities, preparing learners for efficient, sustainable, and resilient supply chain systems.

Digital Engineering
